You are member of the IT Operations Center in the IT Services and Infrastructure (ITSI) team. You report to the Operations Team Lead. Together with your colleagues IT Service Engineers you fulfill the following tasks: - You solve incidents which could not be solved by the Service Desk - You look for workarounds for problems - always keeping in mind to restore the service to the end user as soon as possible - You tackle problems in a thorough manner by applying root cause analysis - You document the solutions to incidents and problems - You implement authorized changes to the IT-environment based on Requests for Service.

As IT Support you will have several and varied missions covering users support, network monitoring and computers management.
