  • As IT Support you will have several and varied missions covering users support, network monitoring and computers management.
  • You will also have to use some internal applications to support our business services.

Experience & degree

  • Junior (0-3 years experience);
  • 3 years bachelor degree in IT;
  • Experience in Telecom company is a nice to have.

Technical profile

  • Network and backup management;
  • SAN and web servers management;
  • SQL servers management;
  • Management of Microsoft XP and Windows 7;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2007;
  • Knowledge of SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL server), able to make advanced queries and to understand
  • stored procedures (TSQL), reporting.

Human skills

  • Eager to learn;
  • Pragmatic approach of problems;
  • Proactive and goal driven attitude;
  • Willing to work in a team sharing knowledge;
  • Able to understand business processes.

Languages

  • Decent speaking and reporting in English
